G'day mates,

Well where do we start. We have finally arrived after 3 flights and a 7hr stop over to Brisbane where the sun is shining. The house were stayin in is in Balmoral near Belimba and its the posh area. The house is so nice its got a games room and a pool and is so modern. Lastnight we fed the possoms on the deck there so cute took fruit from our hands!! Today was our first proper day here and already we have done loads! We walked down oxford street (different to the one at home!) to the city cat ferry which was the equivalent of getting a bus into the town (but 10x better and more fun!) Charlotte was on the front of the ferry with her hair blowing in the wind-haha, claire didn't wanna mess her hair up lol. We managed not to get lost and found a really cute little market with a man playing some songs on his instruments in Riverside area. We then explored the shops in the town which are really good for girls clothes, however about same prices as at home, there was like 12,3 story shopping centres in one street. Found good souvenier shops and attempted to play a digeridoo, bought a few gifts 4 ppl's and tried on some ozzie hats, we looked very stylish. After more of a walk about acroos victoria bridge and into southbank we ended up in a museum which was quite funi as we took pics of our faces with the bodies of bugs etc. (prob designed4kids!) Got the bus instead of a ferry home, to a very nice ozzie BBQ and a few games of pool. Plan to go to the zoo sometime this week, as well as the beach, some theme parks and do and see as much as we can before we start placement. Hope every1 home is ok we miss u all but not England, will upd8 u soon on the rest of our adventure, charlotte and claire x
