Morning I didn't sleep much last night as it was so hot, but today is a big hiking day. We've just come back from a really nice 2.5 hour hike at Emma Gorge, which I was really excited about going to because of the name! There was a beautiful waterfall at the end of the gorge which was about 50m high and we swam in the plunge pool at the bottom. It was the most beautiful gorge I've seen so far on this trip. We were awake bright and early again at 05.30 ish with the sunrise and the sound of the birds. After packing our tents up we went for a 2 hour walk to Manning Gorge with the reward of a beautiful big swimming hole at the end of the walk. We enjoyed ourselves swimming and jumping into the pool.
