Margaret Okki, you forgot to mention that the locals who helped us this morning, had a discussion first among themselves about how desperate the Mzungus would be and how much money they could make out of that..... Luckily one of them knew Hassan, so they helped us for free......
Anne klijn Mcinnes I'm at Abu Dhabi . Great flight so far. Nice African gentleman next to me on the flight. Lives in central Kenya and works in Saudi Arabia at a 50,000 head dairy ! Love you all and thank you.

Enjoy it...amazed...and be overwhelmed by the warmth of the people. To cherish the rest of your life. Cheerful greetings from Moordrecht, Holland ! Joke Pols

re: Imani A and BKerrie Love your pics Jetta. Aren't these animals absolutely awesome when you see them up close and personal. it wasn't til i went to Kruger that i realised just how beautiful they are: their strength, their awareness, their urge for survival... stunning and to be so close that your actually become a part of their world is an absolute privilege... thank you !
re: Animal OverloadKerrie Thanks girls for your blog, your words and pics help to carry us with you on your journey. Okki your so right when you speak of the African people. Their innocence and simple life is so endearing and their friendliness and welcoming nature an absolute pleasure to encounter. Thank you for reminding me of one of the things i love so much about this nation...
