Chinese posing styles . . .

Luxury of a taxi to huang long, where we had been warned there was snow. So at 6am I put on the whole contents of my backpack minus x pairs of knickers and two tops. So I wore, 2vest tops, 2jumpers, a shawl, period pants, 4trousers, socks with carrier bags and soggy trainers, plus panda hat. Laura wore 1top, 1shirt, 1shawl, leggings, trackies, socks, carrier bags and trainers, oh and fleece and panda hat.

On the journey we passed snow covered mountains where the snow was melting due to the glorious sunshine. We climbed up to 3000m in the car.

In huang long we spent roughly 3.5hours to walk round it all copying the poses the chinese were doing and slowly stripping off our layers as the sun beat down. Again see pics to see the pretty pretty things we have witnessed.

Back at the hostel laura went to bed as she thinks she has sun stroke, a bit food down her she said she felt better. I ended up having a drink with a group of people who were staying at the hostel and got talking to a dutch couple who were funny, we had a lot of similar views.
