This is a pic of where i went today. i didnt take it tho. i did take quite a lot. Saw the tree sisters first. good views. and an aboriginal man who played what looked more like a tree than a didgeridoo. and he posed for pictures. he was wearing a sheet and a dead animal carcass around his shoulders, and he had quite a fat belly. Managed to get to the blue mountains, had lunch right before the walk which was very silly. Saw kangaroos first. then onto blue mountains. you could either get a train there and back (or cable car) not sure where 'there' was. maybe the bit about the miners. didnt look too closely as we took so long on the walk. the tour guide reckoned if we went slowly it would take about 40 minutes. it took us about an hr. maybe a bit more. we weren't walking slowly, we just stopped a lot to take pictures and we walked down all the detours to the viewing points to take more photos and say'ooh'. very pretty views. noisy parrots. also saw some weird black bird things. i have no idea what they were. they were very big, kind of like a black pheasant. climbed down the cliff for a betta look. funny little things. didnt get ay pics tho because they were too far away and they wouldnt pose properly. Anyway, got the little train back up. its not a circular walk, if u wanted to walk back you would have to back the same way which would have killed me. nice walk down, bit perilous most of the time. stone steps doen teh mountain that were really really steep and some of them were wet. managed not to fall over so i was pleased with myself. i also took a coat so i was warm enough. teh train i went on was the steepest train tracks in the world. it was very steep. i didnt like it very much. it was just some cages with seats in that went up some tracks on teh side of the mountain. i was a bit worried it mite stop halfway up, hurtle back down the mountain and off the end off the tracks and fall off the cliff. it didnt. will try to get to hillsongs tomorrow. and pack before i go. then i can just check out on monday morning because the checkout time is 10am. not sure what i am going to do then. prob go straight to airport, but i will be bored for 4hours. i will see.
