Halloween is actually coming everywhere. It's Santa that's coming to town but that's a little early. First we have to get scared before we can celebrate elves and the bearded man of joy.
My first adventure of pumpkin choosing was incredible. We went to a little farm about a twenty minute drive out of town and met an incredible couple.
They had a farm filled with goats and chickens. We were lucky enough to meet baby goats that were born the night before. They even gave us bread to feed all of their goats and be able pat them. They were so cute, the people were so incredibly nice.
Rachel was saying, "she could never live in a city. Stuff like what we experienced wouldn't happen there."
So we headed to the pumpkins after enjoying a hungover breakfast at a local diner. And since I thought we were only going for breakfast then heading home, I wore sandals.
Boy, was that a bad life choice.
We made the adventure to the farm and while we were feeding the animals, it started to snow! On top of the sandals I was only wearing a raincoat. I couldn't feel my feet. I couldn't feel my face either.
We went to jump into the car to turn on the heater and warm up, but then the lovely lady asked for the photo attached and my feet were like ice blocks. It was entertaining!
We drove back in the warm car to carve our pumpkins. It was exciting. My first time ever, and I failed at it a little bit. I did the cheschire cat, just for fun. And it looked alright, but not even I could tell it was the cheschire cat.
Oh well, next time.

Brooke Halloween was incredible! Such a fun time. The older 'kids' don't "trick or treat" anymore. But we went out the whole weekend. Thursday, was just for fun. Friday, we were Shark Week. Saturday, I was a French Mime, my friends were a Heineken Can, Peacock, Holy Hell, Gold Digger, Pimp, Cat and a Red Skittle.
