Woke up had breakfast and headed for the beach. Went for a run with Rogan and remembered how unfit I was and temperature of 30 degrees didn't help! A swim in the sea was called for, very strong current but very enjoyable!

Entering the 2nd week of the trip, we have done so much in such a short period of time. Heading to St. Lucia, really hot and humid day, the camp site is in a game park so another free game drive and we seen a white rhino, Buffalo, Zebra, Warthog and Kudu After setting up camp it rained but was still really hot. that night we had a bush pig and a large spotted Genet which are quite rare to see!
