Today is a transit day before crossing the border into Zimbabwe, we are staying at a game park 40km from the border. Really cool place and had alot of rescued animals an African eagle, a baby bush baby and a diker. The park itself has Giraffes and Zebra but unfortunately we didn't see them.

We had arranged to be picked up at 7.30 but Africa time had come into play it was more like 9, one little mini bus arrived to pick up 21 people, which wasn't going to happen so 6 of us had to wait for a toyota pick up to get us, bit of time messing round with the locals playing with a bat and ball and Mike trying to teach kids how to juggle. After a 7 hour drive we arrived in Vilanculos, mostly sand roads here with one main tar road, luckily the truck didn't get stuck in sand. Camp is very nice, an endless pool which wasn't brimming full, so didn't look endless at all! Tomorrow we have a boat trip to the island of Bazaruto Archipelago for some snorkelling and a beach Braai.

Woke to glorious sunshine and 25 degrees, we headed for the beach. Really nice beach with clear water and only a handful scattered across the Beach. Spent 3 hours on the Beach and managed to burn the whole of my chest ! That afternoon watched the United and Arsenal games, get a wider selection of games out here. Get to watch the 3pm kick offs! Today we had booked a trip to snorkel with whale sharks, we got kitted up and headed out. An hour and a half passed and we hadn't seen anything until a group of hump back dolphins appeared, so majority of people on boat jumped into have a look with little success, Guide had said that time was almost up and we had to head in, but luckily on the way back we spotted a whale shark so it was a mad scramble between 3 boats to catch up with the shark. 1st snorkel did...
