Quick breakfast and packed away tents ready to go back out on the delta.
On the way back we managed to find some hippos in a near by pool, absolutely incredible seeing them from such a close distance.
The delta has been by far the best trip we have done so far and will take some beating.
Arrived back at camp in Maun, quick set up and some hot dogs for lunch then we headed to the airport for our 45 minute flight over the delta,
Such a complete different perspective of the delta from above. Seeing the vast amount of land that it covers.
Seen several animals in the game reserve. Giraffe, hippo, elephant and crocodile.
Started to feel sick as you could feel every gust of wind hitting the plane and every slight movement.
Still worth the $90 for the flight, would love to see the delta at its fullest must be a fair sight!
