Last night was pretty tough getting to sleep. I was kept awake by the fat folk fussin to get comfortable on the very tiny beds, but getting past the slight choking while they breathe was not very hard to do. I got up at 530, grabbed my stuff and jumped on my last vaporetto of my trip to the train stazione. I changed trains in Bolonga and jumped on the fast train to Napoli. The scenery while on the trian was just amazing. I mean, incredible!!! Rolling hill after rolling hill of green trees, mountains, mountains, mountains and fields of olives. We also passed though some really small villages, vineyards and small cities. I wish I could compile the view of the whole train ride into 5 mins so I could re-live it over and over. As we started to approach Napoli you could tell the city was a wee bit run down. I got off the major train line and switched over to the local metro to Sorrento. The whole ride there every metro station were covered in graffiti and the locals were not the most refined. It kinda of reminded me of costa rice in a sense, all the towns along the way had mountains for a backdrop and the towns seemed pretty condensed. I took a cab a from the station up the huge hill to the hostel. I was greeted by the sweetest lady name Lia who gave me such informative information on the hostel and its surroundings. I was walked up to my adorable room and Lia brought up my sheets and towel soon after. I relaxed most of the after noon in the garden and watched some I<3NY to pass some time. I walked allllllllllllllll the way into town down this huge narrow narrow road that lead to the center. I had dinner at the first cafe I saw and had a salad and a sammy. off in the distance was just mountain after mountain that was pretty cool to have for scenery during dinner. I headed allllll the way back up the hill and stopped for 2 italian cookies on the way up. I have a whole 8 person room to myself so I will for sure be catching up on some much needed ZzZzz's tonight.
