Back in Toronto we decided to take a trip to Niagara Falls. It doesn't matter how many times you visit it, it's still breathtaking. It was a lovely clear day, which gave us a chance to enjoy a tour round a local winery in the Niagara Peninsula. Here, I decided to try the speciality ice wine. It's more suited to being a dessert wine and is quite intense in flavour. As the guide mentioned, just a few times, for every grape harvested, you only reap one drop of wine. So I made sure I didn't chug it!!

We also took the Journey Behind the Falls. I just love donning those bright yellow, plastic macs. Very fetching!

After a quick bite to eat at one of Canada's only three Hard Rock Cafes (such a small amount for such a huge country!) we headed back to Toronto.

Unfortunately, Wednesday rolled round, meaning it was time for Dave to leave. I had a brilliant time having him here, and he looked after me a lot. It also highlighted the fact that we leave Canada in the not too distant future. Doesn't time fly when you're having fun?!
