Checking out of Baan Haad Ngam today catching the fast boat to Koh Pha Ngan at 13.30 hours.

Sunset Cove Resort

Arrived at Sunset Cove around 3pm. Nothing like Baan Haad Ngam Resort on Koh Samui. Much more laid back and casual. Not good service and the food is nowhere near as good. Also doesn't have the excitement of Koh Samui. Mostly Europeans staying here. No Aussies.

Bar on beach

I found a little bar on the beach playing Bob Marley's 'No Woman, no cry' and had a 'pink lady' which came in a glass shaped like a beautiful woman (breasts and bottom). A young French guy asked me what it was and decided he wanted one too. His name was Arthur (not a French name I know) and he had just finished school in Paris and came here with his mates for the Full Moon Party which he thought was great. His 3 mates came over and all wanted a pink lady. I think this bar owes me a pink lady. We were chatting away watching the sunset over the ocean when huge black clouds came over and it poured raining.
