We woke up early this morning to leave Collioure and go back to Sermaise. We left at about 8:00 and got home at 3:00. I think I slept one hour in the car. We had ham sandwiches when we got home, and then tapped into the wifi we've been missing. Then came dinner. We had grilled lamb and freshly picked green beans. Anne and Laure had made a pie for dessert, and it was delicious, though they thought it was just alright. I was very very satisfied. After that, Claire and I went to a party at a friend's house. The outing was sort of a culture shock for me. It was very American hipster to me. Not something I was used to. I also decided to go in summer clothes, which was a bad choice considering I was blanketed in mosquitos. That, combined with little sleep, did not make for a tentative American. We left after a few hours, and I took my second shower of the day just because I felt so mosquito-y.
