Had my first lie in since getting to brazil and slept until 9.30. Went down for some breakfast most of it quite good but then there are jelly beans and other sweets in pots! Gave the sweets a miss but stocked up well on breads and cheeses!

A few of us today decides to walk to a waterfall- only an hour walk but it was tough! I thinking leaving at midday was our first mistake! But it was well worth the trek up a massive hill in the forest! The waterfall was not huge but it satisfied our needs! Then went to another beach and spent the remainder of the day sunbathing and swimming. Feels good to be in paradise.... Until the trek home! Being the nimble quick on feet person that I am I jumped on a rock trying to overtake some people and landed funny and pulled a muscle in the back of my leg. Refusing to be defeated I carried on and thankfully we made it back in one piece!

Spent a lot of the evening chilling out and then went for some drinks! Quite an early one as a lot of us are leaving tomorrow to move on to different places!
