EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I'm off at 4:15 this arvo and the very fact that I have time to update you on my happenings is testament to how awesomely organised I am! Hurrah! (Passport and visa aside...testament to the fact that you can be as anally retentive, obsessively compulsively organised as can be and things can still b***** up! haha) I currently have no more appropriate photos for today, so instead I chose the one of Nomi's sad 'lemon-peel-liv-is-leaving' face!

Last night was a world of fun and yum! Stella, Nomz, Nick, Lou, and Es came round and we had dinner followed by pie! Rhubarb pie! The very best desert ever. After that I was coaxed out of my freaked out, panicking hole to come down to Pip's bday soiree down the road where everyone else was in cocktail attire whilst I donned ugg boots and a hoodie...but I feel the fancy mojito I was drinking totally made up for the lack of class in my outfit! haha There's nothing quite like a fancy cocktail to calm the nerves...

I then spent the night waking up periodically and nervously scrambling to find my list of things to do today and making additions to it. Fortunately I seem to have powered through that list in about an hour and a half. So now if you'll excuse me, I must go and write a strongly worded letter the US consulate that will in fact be more like a pathetic, pleading letter, begging them to see me in Sydney and issue me another visa ASAP!
