Hello there! It's approximately 11 days 3 hours and 45 minutes til I leave on this great big adventure...and I'm feeling a little nervous to say the least! This will just be a very quick message because I have bags to pack, people to see, and US consulate officials to fight with. Yes, it's only 11 days now til I leave and I still don't actually have a US visa...fingers crossed that all falls into place tomorrow!

Saturday night I went out with the Body Shop crew after finishing up work there and for the first time in three years I'm feeling very very unemployed haha. Needless to say, after jam donuts, frangelico, and a mysterious gin cocktail Stella created (so you know it's bound to be good!), a fabulous night was had by all!

I hope to catch up with most of the important people in life this Sunday, but to anyone I might miss, a big ol' farewell goes out to you...stay safe while I'm away and if you ever get a spare moment (or for the uni students among us, you need a good reason to procrastinate!) take the time to have a peruse of this sight and squirm with jealousy at all the super fun things I'm doing! =D
