After a lazy morning in our comfy beds, we headed over to the Ferry Building for lunch or brunch or whatever it's politically correct to call a meal at 11:30. After going to Cowgirl Creamery and picking up cheesy goodness, we headed to Hog Island Oyster Company and munched on an array of oysters prepared a number of ways: baked, fresh, etc. We then took a stroll through the building snacking on Ciao Bella gelato, rose infused carmel chocolate, brittle, and other free goodness. We then headed over to Chinatown and it was quite the experience from meeting James and having the most amazing tea tasting in existence to experiencing a shady purse deal (think back room guarded door interestingness) to having our first Pho ( read phu) to eating an egg tart at Golden Gate Bakery. We then headed back to the hotel where I got to experience The Shower. (Finally shower pressure!) We headed over to the pier to Teatro Zinzanni where after equipping ourselves with the coolest headpieces ever, were seated in the premium inner ring to celebrate Dre's bday in style. We were cracking up for almost the whole performance of Caliente. After the show, and subsequent cab debacle ( think roadraging cab drivers refusing to stop) we headed back to the room and ended the night watching Red Riding Hood.
