When the clouds form a table cloth on Table Mountain, you know the wind is strong!

This was the case today, and the wind was somewhere around 40-45 knots!

Only a hand full of brave souls go out kitesurfing in this weather, as it's more like fighting a war than anything else. And it's a war against nature that you can't win. And you don't want to. You don't even want to fight Mother Earth, you're just happy if you get the chance to try to harness her strength for a short while, before your aching body tells you it's time to get out of the water, and reward yourself with a cold beer instead ;)
