So yesterday we spent the whole day in the winelands again! Especially Franschhoek this time. Oh my, it's so beautiful there, and the South African wines seem to be made for my palate. The day was a mix between serenity, great wines, and a rock pumping car!

Today I've held a kitesurfing lesson for Liquid Force. I was teaching a russian guy, a total beginner. The wind was powerful and he was quite nervous, which in turn made him stiff. After covering all the basics and the security, and going through the aspects of kite flying, it was time for him to hit the water for some body draging. It didn't take long though, before he got the kite into a spin and was thrown and tossed three times, and then the kite crashed. When we came up he had hit his toe on something so we cancelled the rest of the lesson. Things like this happens in this sport, not much you can do about it. You can only be so careful and safety conscious.
