We've left Brisbane now, after being there for five days, and have made our way to Surfers Paradise - The Gold Coast! Brisbane was ace, we finally did a bit of shopping and window shopping - trying on shoes that we couldn't afford and breathing on the glass past the expensive jewellery. We'd go past shops like Prada and Tiffany's then go and buy 53cents pasta from the supermarket! Backpacker life! Our days in the city were spent sight seeing/shopping in the day and clubbing at night, thensleeping in the next morning so that we didn't have to pay for breakfast! Really enjoyed Brisbane, living the typical city life but are looking forward to our next stops - Byron Bay and Sydney xxx
