From Donna and Clyde: The weather has definitely played a large part in our time in London. According to the papers they have had 2 months rain in 48 hours! We were all going to go to the ANZAC service on ANZAC Day at the Cenotaph and then head off for a picnic in Hyde Park, but it was bucketing down, so I went to the service alone and then we headed to the British Museum instead. After that, we wandered around M & M world and tried to keep dry. Yesterday was spent at Warner Bros Studio just outside London at the Making of Harry Potter Tour, which was fantastic and a definite highlight for Molly, our HP addict. Now that we know all the tricks and work involved in the making of the movies we will never be able to look at them the same again! It looks like another wet day, so we are just getting everything together ready for picking up our campervan this afternoon. Not sure when we will be able to report in again!
From Molly: On Wednesday we went to M & M World which was a bit outrageous. They had M & M mirriors that were about 40 pounds ($80) and pyjamas that were 30 pounds ($60) and we got a M & M mix. Yesterday we went to the making of Harry Potter where you get to see things from the movies such as the griffindor common room, the horcruxeses, how they make Dobby and you get to try butterbeer. You also get to see a huge replica of the Castle. they use the castle for zooming in and out of Hogwarts. After the tour we went to the shop and got a t-shirt each, a guide book and bertie botts every flavoured beans.
From Toby: On Wednesday we went to M&M World which has a colour detector. I was a black M&M which means I am good sometimes and sometimes I have my "off days". Mum was a gold M & M which means she is calm around chocolate (not true)! Molly was dark green which means everyone appreciates her honesty (again not true). Dad didn't do it. On Thursday, we went to the Harry Potter film studios and I liked the butterbeer. Then we went to Wagamamas for dinner. Today (Friday) we are going to pick up our campervan.
Highlights from London:
Donna: The first day - London Marathon and London Eye
Clyde: Tower of London
Molly: The Making of Harry Potter - Hogwarts castle replica
Toby: The making of Harry Potter - Butter beer

Joanna It will be interesting to see how you like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando now that you have been to the HP Studios. If you liked the butterbeer, at least you will be able to have more of it :) I'm really enjoying your blog and hope the campervaning goes well!
