Good day readers,

As I write this update it is exactly one month until I return home (31 days). I can't wait for this day so that I can see everyone again and finally be back in a room I can call my own where I don't have to pack up everything I own and move on every few weeks or so at the most! Not that I haven't enjoyed my trip immensely, I definitely plan to come away again many times in the near future, but I need a bit of time at home again before I can do this.

Unfortunately there are no particularly interesting stories to relate at the moment, there is the fact that only a few days after returning to my old job in the hostel, new management took over and my two friends left to live elsewhere. This left me a little alone but I soon made new friends who are still in the hostel and scaling a hill every day to visit the other two can only be doing me good! Some of you may already know that I currently have a cracked rib which is fun and not at all painful (yeah right). I also quit my job in the hostel as I didn't want to spend the last few weeks of my trip doing something that made me miserable.

I think I might be going to see a film today, a rare treat in my world.

For those of you who are interested, I managed to sort out my visa for india in that I've sent away my passport, but am still nervously awaiting its return at which point I'll do the vital shopping for my trip.

Must be going now as I have highly important things to do (not really but it sounded impressive didn't it?).
