This morning we had deep fried cheese for breakfast - they certainly love their cheese over here which is lucky because I love it too! It is a beautiful, sunny and hot day today - like the summer! Today we returned to the butterfly house to finish what we started. It's interesting to note that the decorated trees that are hung up outside certain houses in villages are not old xmas decorations but a romantic gesture. On our walk to breakfast this morning we spotted several May Bugs walking from the trees across the pavement. It seemed like a natural phenomenom - perhaps something to do with the terrential rain making rivers down the roads. We were woken up by the local dogs barking as usual. It's a sound we're getting used to now. Everyone seems to have a dog living in the garden over here.
