Today we left to stay with a family in Moresti near the Vargyas gorge. Laszlo took us to meet each of the people we were staying with. Stef and I are staying on a farm. We met Choccy the dog, some pet pigeons and the chickens. Michael is staying with an doctor and his family and Simon with a lady that works for the council. We stayed at the doctors house for quite a while, listening to his vast music collection and drinking beer. His daughter was happy for us to play with her hamster. She settled down into steph's hat.

In the afternoon we went to see the Agora barn that TCV volunteers had helped to build. We gave it a spruce up and talked to a local man about who we were and what we were doing.

As Stef and I were walking home we saw something quite incredible. An angry butterfly chasing a swallow. It was a fast and insistant on landing on it's tail wherever it flew. The swallow was obviously getting annoyed. Laszlo theory about this was that the swallow had eaten the butterflies mate and he was attacking it!! Very Brave!

We went home to freshen up and Violet (english name of our host) made us tasty meatballs, mushrooms in a sauce and mash. It was really delicious.

We went to the local bar later and had a few drinks. It's obvious Laszlo is well known and like here.
