After a really late night lastnight and a cracking headache I decided to have a big sleep-in. The weather was perfect again so around midday I walked down to the waterfront sat and enjoyed the sunshine. Waking up today to a perfect summers day was a wonderful suprise - apparently it happens only once a year where they get 3-4 days in a row of perfect weather. So with nothing really to do we went with a few of Jose's friends for a drive and then walk around the city. You really get to see the best of a city when the sun is out and everyone seems to be far happier. After a lot of rain in the night I was expecting to wake-up to horrible weather but surprisingly the sun was out. My plan was to walk up to the nearby glacier today a moderate 4 hour walk from town.
