As you can see in the picture, this part of our country would be a great place to train our troops headed to Iraq or Afganistan. Talk about desolate. Did not know there were that many different shades of brown.

The trip from Klamath Falls to Sparks with a stop in Susanville, CA was fairly smooth. Oregon and California are states that are running out of money and their roads show it. Dennis has had no more vehicle problems but our Jeep is acting up. The transmission isn't feeling or sounding smooth and the unit, including where you would check the fluid, is sealed, to be opened only by an authorized repair place. Better try to get it in somewhere tomorrow since we start Sunday morning at Amazon. Well it's off to find a jeep dealer.
