Weds. 30th SeptemberToday we met with friends from Redcliffe who are with family in Melbourne.We met at Werribee Park which is on the Melbourne/Geelong road.We had intended to go to the mansion and grounds but they had young children with them so we went to the zoo which is in the same complex and of course with young children we stayed there till 4 o'clock and home time and didn't see the house and gardens but that didn't matter it was a nice day although windy and it was good to see the zoo through children's eyes.Originally it was one you drove through in your own car but now you go round in a coach.It was very busy with families enjoying a second reasonably nice days weather.
