So... a lot to tell as always! I know I'm not doing this as often as I should:)
Me and Lauren have now left the city for a beach house in manly. As much as we loved living in the middle of china town, we figured it wasn't really the oz dream so we upgraded! Our new house is amazing and very close to the beach, which is perfect timing as it's starting to get seriously hot! We've moved in with 3 oz guys (and a dog) and we love it. Rolling on to the beach on a Saturday morning is the life. We're planning our first BBQ at the "ranch" soon.
Living in manly is much better than the city too, and worth a little extra trek to work. The bars here remind me a little of episodes of 'the hills', we have even taken to getting dressed up on a sunday evening to hit the wharf bar. Still cat catching the ferry back to the city regularly to catch up with friends, it's not a bad way to travel:)

A few weekends back I had a bit of an fml wkend. It was the wkend we moved house and hired a Thai dude with a van that couldn't drive up hills to re-locate us. Not a good call - especially as we were hungover and I'd had my phone stolen he night before. All a bit of a nightmare but it was totally worth it to be living here!

I took this little drama as a sign to treat myself and bought myself an I phone. So I can now keep in touch with the world whilst travelling to work. No excuses to be crap at keeping in touch, I'll try to be better!

Lots of things to look forward to in the next month or so, apart from beach and BBQ filled wkends. I'm going to take a long wkend for my bday and book a cabin in port Stephens for me and a few friends. The beaches are supposed to be awesome and they have lots of water sports / horse riding type activities.
Also, me a d Lauren are about to book our Xmas on the gold coast with her family. Really looking forward to seeing some new places! Still can't imagine living anywhere apart from Sydney though. Not including Brighton ofcourse:)
