41 degrees Celsius and we're traipsing around Rome trying to find a launderette. The one google told us didn't exist and it was actually a restaurant. We asked at a cafe and they told us another location in Campo Del Fiori. About a 10 minute walk from where we were. We set off, feeling like our current clothes needed a wash too in the extreme heat. Disappointment struck when we realized they had directed us to a laundromat, not a self service. Running out of time...

What a day! We are sore, tired and sun-kissed from a big day of walking round Rome, but all very worth it :) We started the day with another buffet breakfast at the cafe across the piazza from our hotel. We finished our last breakfast in Venice and checked out of our hotel. 1st stop, laundromat as we were down to our last pair of socks and undies. Up early again. This time speed breakfast, not one of our better ideas, and off to the Piazza Roma to meet our tour guide to take us to the Dolomites.
