Today was possibly the best sleep of the trip as the room was perfect temperature. We had breakfast at lucky star outside admiring the beautiful view. We then caught a Tuktuk to Little Adam's Peake. We were unsure what to expect as some reviews said between 40 minute walk to a 2 hour walk but we managed to do the walk in about 20 minutes. The view from the top was stunning so green and so many mountain tops. We took some photos before rushing down to get to the 9 arch bridge before the train. We walked down to the bridge and along the train track. It was stunning. We watched the train past through at 9.23. We then drove to Uva Halpewatta Tea Factory getting a tour showing us how black tea is made. It was interesting as they told us black tea has many more health benefits and antioxidants than green tea. The tour was good but long. We got trial some tea. The factory had a stunning view. We then bought a train ticket and went into town for a lassie. The afternoon was very chilled with us napping and sitting on the balcony at lucky star enjoying the view. We then took a Tuktuk 15 minutes out of town to visit a temple. It was so colourful and had so many hidden rooms through locked doors. It was cool to see as it was the first Sri Lankan temple we had visited. We took a Tuktuk to the main street and enjoyed cocktails and dinner.
