G'day Guys.

Were in Sydney...... yeah!!!!! We landed here on Sunday after a week in The Northern Territoiry. Sydney is such a cool place, there seems to be so much to do and see so we don't really know where to start...

We are staying at a hostel called The Wake Up' right next to Central Station - it's cool they always seem to be arranging actvities such as beach and city walks so I guess we might go along on one of them.

On our first night here we decided to go for a wander and stumbled across a 'Scruffy Murphys' this place (for all those who know the whetstone one) is very different to the one back home. On sunday they were holding Karaoke.. hosted by two Drag Queens - think Priscilla Queen of the desert!! it was fab. Jen and I didn't scare the crowd by singing we thought we'd leave that to the locals to do.. seeing as it was our first night. (you guys have heard me sing... Lucy G you remember The Killers ' All these things that I've done at the Karaoke box that time mmmmmmmmm)

On our first proper day here we took a bus down to Circular Quay and caught the ferry over to Manly Beach. I can't belive that this is how people commute to and from work each day because the views they get are amazing.. we saw The Opera House and it just looks so nice. I was up the front of the ferry snapping away.. It's when you see that you realise where you are.

Manly is really nice we are staying there from Friday so hopefully we can top up the tans!! The beach is so nice (but then I think they all are) we caught it when Surf was up so we could watch them all...they make it look so easy!

We also ventured to Darling Harbour yesterday and I found the worlds strangest ducks - if you check out the pics of Sydney then check out their beaks?? and they are even weirder looking when they are asleep..(sorry guys)

Were heading to Torronga zoo today ... so we will have even more pictures for ya! and Jen is also mentiong going to The  Aquarium too... she just wants to see Sharks.
