Hughes' Travels
After crashing for a nap, we wake up disoriented about time. Finally figured out it was 6:30 pm inspite of having set most of our clocks to Rome time before the plane landed.
Less crusty and now hungry, we set out for food. Out to the main road near our apartment (Viale di Trastevere) we head toward the Tiber River and decide on Regine' Roma. Our first pizza in Roma was awesome. Thin crest, sparse toppings and cheese. Got a little tripped up when asked what kind of water we wanted. We now realize we were being asked gas or no gas. Now we have it down, "water naturale".
The food was excellent, we each had a pizza, it was 10 inches or so but we were not full, just well fed. By the time we got back to the apartment, we felt great.
