Today was a beautiful rainy sunday in Prague. Great chance to study and have some alone time. Today was the only day so far that I have thought I want to be at home though. A few of the girls are being really mean and saying horrible stuff about people behind their backs to their friends, but then being really nice to their face. I tried not to let it get to me, but last night I was really upset and cried. I just want to enjoy this beautiful city, learn and make new friends and not worry about high school b****y girls. I worked for a while and then decided to make myself better by going to the supermarket and getting some nice food. It was a good idea =) Being out in the rain in this beautiful place reminded me why I'm here. I took my time at the store and got some really nice food for a good price. I came home and had a hot chocolate with danielle and andrea and felt a whole lot better. Tonight we were meant to go on a picnic but the rain got in the way, so we had our cultural activity where everyone brought something from their home to share so we could all get a piece of their place. I felt bad cause we thought we werent doing it so I ate all my vegemite and even the minties sara gave me. Lucky I wasn't the only one, so me and the aussies got up and sung waltzing matilda as our contribution. It was fun. I loved loved loved the chocolates ann marie brought from california and the dried cherries from michigan. One of the girls from panama brought some beaded wares from home and raffled them off. I won a little beaded lizard with the panama flag on it =) I must go because I have so much work to do before class tomorrow!! I hope everyone is doing ok! I have gotten used to talking to everyone that now I'm missing it! I rang matty who still picked up the phone at four in the morning, but I spared you mumma!!! I will hopefully be able to ring after class tommorow, depends if kimi is on all arvo or not.
