We had bought a race and rock package for the grand prix this weekend which meant we could go to the f1 rocks concert after the race....however, on closer inspection the race finished at 7 and concert started at 6!

Ollie called the ticket company and politely complained and sorted us tickets for Saturdays concert instead!

Beautiful weather and an outdoor venue, wolfmother, the cranberries and Lenny kravitz (who came right by the railing where we were, see pic!) all amazing!

There was also a nandos van....they need to get these in England....preferably before I get home.

Moved into a hostel in St kilda today......pretty grotty and natural light seems to have been banned throughout.....I saw some slat blinds In our room and opened them....turns out this window just looks into another dorm and not outside?! Very strange....and they had the blinds shut so still no light.

Woken up at 4am by a drunken irishman shining a torch in our faces and apologising for waking us which was nice...a little while after he returned with three other people and they were looking for something under the bed for ages, was a bit annoying but part of the hostel experience and I'll be forgiving as it was St patrick's day.

Grand prix tomorrow!
