Had a fantastic time in Buenos Aires, made it out nealry every night, sampled all the nightlife available (including Pacha where the current trend in Argentina appears to be wearing sunglasses in a pich black club, cool?!!!). We went for a tango lesson and show which was great fun although unfortunately there were no sexy dancers in our class, just loads of old fogies who kept treading on our toes. Of course we were the stars of the class!!! At the weekend we made it to a football match between two of the biggest teams in Argentina - San Lorenzo v Boca Juniors. The atmosphere was pretty cool although we were sat in the wrong side as San Lorenzo lost 1-7! We left BsAs on Monday and travelled overnight to Mendoza which is famous for its wines. Obviously we couldn't not make the most of this opportunity so we spent the afternoon at the Museo de Vino and then did wine tasting, great fun! Now in Santiago in Chile after a drive through the Andes today which had great scenery. Going to see about maybe hitting the slopes before we head off to New Zealand on Saturday. ps just have to inform you of sarah's latest catch. this would be "fil" soon to be arriving on the photos page. he is a lovely permatanned specimen complete with diamond eyebrow bar, slicked back hair and a penchant for laser hair removal on this chest. nice lad tho even if unfortunately blessed with the looks of a greek waiter. oh yes i am no longer getting all the stick over that one! apparently he is the man of her dreams. seriously tho he did have a nice personality.
