We spent about a week in Arequipa in the South of Peru, although unfortunately both our stomachs have taken a bit of a beating! When we weren't ill, we had a couple of big nights out in the town, although this sadly affected Sarah's sightseeing ability as we discovered when we went to visit the famous Convent in the centre of the town and she managed to collapse and be sick in the middle of it. We are now happily in cusco. Its really hot during the day so we have been sunbathing. Our bikinis have even had an outing, albeit at night (there was a twisted prom party at the hostel and we had to improvise on the costume front!). Had a night out with Dobbin, Nick and Marcus from Law School which was comedy - they are regretting not choosing our hostel!! Just relaxing before our 5.20am start on Wednesday for the Inca Trail. That will be a challenge!

Well we are ready to move on from Lima already. It's freezing cold here and you guys are enjoying a red hot summer! Hey everyone! Made it to Peru! We're just settling in at the mo but we've already tried the infamous flourescent yellow inca cola. As suspected, Claire hates the stuff!
