Late start to the day.
We headed to the BLING beaches and were instantly rewarded with a lovely silver ring with red stone - perhaps ruby or garnet.
Lots of coins and another silver ring soon followed. Back for lunch then I went fishing off the seawall without success.
When the day had cooled a little returned to the beaches with moderate success. Suspect shipwrecks over the years have resulted in the annoying fragments of copper sheathing and copper nails I kept finding, as well as big lumps of iron.
Scrumpo meal of prawns tonight.
