Today was a great day, one of our favourite days so far. We had an easy morning walking around the shops before our quad motorbike tour. This included snorkeling and watching the turtles from the cliffs. At first I was with mum and dad was with Isabelle. We drove to the 4x4 tracks and sped off. Dad went a lot faster than mum but mum was still going pretty fast. We drove up and down hills in and out of corners and really bumpy dirt tracks. We drove along the beach to our snorkeling spot. It was called the five fingers because it looks like five fingers from a Birdseye view. The water was really nice. There was so much fish and coral in the water. All the fish and coral were so colourful. The water was also rough because there was a 5 metre swell. We got back on the bikes and drove up lots of hills to get to the cliffs to see the turtles. Because the water was so rough all you could see was a white shell in the water but every 5-6 minutes the turtles come up to breathe. We must have seen 10-15 turtles all swimming. Mum saw a flipper waving in the water and we all thought it was a giant turtle but it was a manta ray. They are really rare this close to shore and was the first one seen on a quad-bike tour according to our tour guide. We were really lucky that the weather turned out to be great. We got back on the bikes and headed towards the really steep sand dunes. Isabelle was scared so she went with Tice the tour guide. He sped off straight away and Isabelle screamed so loud. Next was dad and me. Dad sped off straight away and it was the best fun I've ever had. Mum came down the sand hills really slow! The entire bike trip took 2 1/2 hours and we all really enjoyed it. This afternoon, we went to the beach where we fed the big snapper fish that come in to be fed. Then we went for a snorkel where we saw reef fish, 2 sting rays, whiting and a huge flat head. It was the biggest I've ever seen! To top off our day, we saw another sun set on the beach.
