So it was an early rise today, Christine and I had decided yesterday that we were going to rent bikes and cycle round Lake Kawaguchiko. We head over to get our bikes, and after a bit of searching find the spot. The gentleman behind the counter was somewhat grumpy and unhelpful but we eventually got bikes. Had a extended sleep this morning until about 10.30 it was nice. Slept reasonably well in the new gaff, though the novelty of having rice bags for pillows is starting to wear off. So up this morning and got my gear packed as it is time to move out. Nice late check out time of 12 so I got a good few hours sleep, help me recover from the past couple of days.
