This morning was a 5.30 wake up again. Yaay.. We ate breakfast ans then went to kings canyon for a 6.5km walk, which was beautiful. After a very cold night in my tent we all woke up at 5 to go and see the sun rise over Uluru, which was stunning, and worth the early wake up! We then walked throughh the valley of the winds in Kata Tjuta, which is a conglomerate rock formation not far from uluru and is also very cool. Woke up at 5.30am this morning in order to check out and be on a bus by 6am. I was greeted by Doc and Froggy who were the guides, hopped on the bus with the other peiple and drove until 12. Hello! I made it to alice springs - very strange place. Got up early this morning to say bye to everyone and then uncle chris very kindly took me to the airport - i felt very bad as i saw the trafgic on his route back! Bang on rush hour... 3 hour flight and i got here just fine. It's much hotter than sydneywhich is nice at the moment but it might get too hot!
