"Do you speak English?" I ask a Nurse. She rushes off bringing another Nurse with her. "Yes?" I pull my scarf down, showing her my neck and she only needs to look at my face; Today I woke up the dryest face I've ever had. You just needed to touch my face and skin flaked off. Moisturiser just wasn't penetrating my skin, nothing was working and I was looking my worst during this whole allergy process. "No doctor until Wednesday" Of course I forgot it was still Spring Festival break, but still, ahhh, I was expected to just stay looking like this!

The trees rustle as the cool breeze flows by. The sun warm on my face. Occasionally car horns echo through, but the silence is beautiful. I feel so happy inside.
I decide to take a walk in the perfect weather. I listen to The Scissor Sisters on full blast, I just want to dance down the street. I woke up in such a good mood this morning, reason? Hey why do I need a reason!
I'd been looking for a hula hoop for a while, wanting one for daily exercise. I finally spotted a beauty in a shop window walking back. Asking the lady the price, she talks to her friend pointing to her nose and around her eyes. She was talking about my face! I'd totally forgotten about my dry skin etc. I told her I was sick and just walked out off the shop gutted. Gutted that my great mood had just vanished.
I stopped by a Muslim restaurant just by the apartment. They have all their dishes on the wall, so this time I knew I couldn't go wrong. I chose, vegetables, beef and rice to take-away.

Checklist:
Bought a hula hoop
After spending near enough all day in the apartment, not wanting to go out. I decided fresh air would be a good idea and headed back to the shop to buy my hula hoop. Done!
Again I went back to the Muslim joint. 7Yuan for my dish; I couldn't even make it for 7Yuan after buying all my ingrediants and I don't even know if it'll taste good. I can't even eat pot noodles, as most of them contain chilli. Walking in, the young boy recongised me and pointed at the rice picture "Yes please" I say smiling.

To do list:
Buy a pair of roller blades
This morning I looked alot better, my face wasn't as dry at all and my neck wasn't as bad but still Linda (a TA) and me went to the hospital after lunch at school. I have Linda quite often as a TA in class and we get on really well, so having these few hours together was great getting to know more about her and her life.
We didn't go to the hosptial across the road to me, but instead 'Number One Hospital' in new town. What a difference; Shabby one end of town to ultra modern in the other! After a blood test the doctor said "Your blood test was very complicated. Err you're allergic to food" WHAT!! "Yes allergic to spices" Phew! A dose of tablets to take for the next week, 2 creams, no alcohol and of course no spices and hopefully the symptoms will improve.
Winter Camp took place when I was at the hosptial, well they made monkeys, hanging from trees, so I wasnt needed. My evening classes went well, with the children loving snakes and stairs; An adaption of snakes and ladders (if you hadn't already guessed ha!) Hands up by their mouths when they were one away from the snakes head. "Oh noooo" I shout, running up to the child and tickling them as they landed on the snakes head.
Pointing at my rice picture "2 please" I've decided to order 2 now, so I can have the other for lunch. Genius!

People ask if I have any favourite pupils yet, there are 2 little boys, Sky and Shaun. Such cheeky chaps. They'll defiantly have a way with girls when they get older!
I'm still learning names, at a slow pace.. Organising myself, writing down all the games I've done with each class, so I don't repeat myself. I realised I have over 16 classes and so learning names will take time but I have learnt personalities, something that has become extremly useful with games containing balls, some of the kids really are wild!
Already my neck looks so much better, clearing up quickly and my face is basically back to it's original smooth self :)
Felix's brother Welfred has opened up an Kindergarten school and so on Sunday before work with Felix I'm going over to their school to help with a lesson or two. At the moment they only have 2 pupils in one class and 4 in the other but if I can help them out then that's cool and it'll be an experience teaching such small classes.
"Ni hao" I smile as the boy points to the rice picture, "2?" He knows me too well!
