I've slowly been watching my blog stats climb to as recently at 30,000 and was looking forward to reaching 35,000. But lately the stats appear to have stalled and stopped moving.
I find it hard to believe that nobody is looking at my blog when I've been blogging about so much recently and given my blog entries to TheKoreaBlog and The City of Daegu.
I would get an average of 1500-2000 visitors a month and now barely 100??? Often thats me editing and viewing new entries
Then I discovered two threads in the blog forums talking about the same problem. It appears since the summer they have been unable to collect data hence the blog stats are stalled. I would like to know how many visitors I have been receiving and to what pages but that data is lost for the missing time period and no word yet on when they will be able to reactivate stats.
A workaround I've found is adding my flag counter to the bottom of each page. Problem is that the flag counter isnt synchronized as I never started using it from Day 1 on every blog entry, and I can't manually insert a start number to synchronize it with the Travelpod stats.
I probably have crossed 35,000 now and I hope Travelpod is able to switch stats back on so that I can continue to see how many visitors I truly have despite a couple of missing months
Here are photos of past blog stats
