Saida, don't worry, I am eating well now. Loads of lovely local fruit (papaya, mango, pineapple and small banana) and pleanty of seafood. Last night I had dinner with Debbie & Alan at the Seafood Cove Restaurant (on the beach). I had Jerk Prawns for starters and Red Mullet with mash potatoes and veg for my main meal - and I had to choose my own fish from the counter - see photos !
I'm finding it hard to sleep as I just keep wanting to sit on my balcony and listen / watch the ocean. Last night I had to force myself to go to bed at 23.30. I woke at 5.30 to pray and went down to the beach and read my Quran until 7.30. I went for a short paddle in the sea, before heading to the Terrace for a full on breakfast (I really really do not intentionally mean to make you jealous, but even at 5.30 in the morning the sea water is luke warm) !
Anyway, just about to download a few more pics, and I think this will really be my last blog entry from SL. How many more times can I say "how beautiful this place is .................!! xxx

Wow, the view looks beautiful from your hotel, miles and miles of the indian ocean exactly how i feel when i am cruising, i got a bit nostalgic when i saw the photos and wished i was there.
Hope you enjoyed yourself at Rukhsana's friends and they looked after you. Looks like you need looking after. You've caught the sun but are looking a bit on the thin side, so come on now start eating properly.
Stope dreaming about your return and the meat dishes, it's too far away and enjoy yourself while you can.
Altaf and Lucia are coming this weekend so am looking forward to that.
Keep the messages and photos coming.
