Well Dee it looks like you are seeing some fab sights and places. I love the baby elephants. It made me laugh when you were on the train taking photos. i thought of when we were in Canada on that coach trip and we thought a train was coming and we had to stop at those crossing gates. You had us all in stitches as you were getting so excited about a train coming.you got your camera already to take pics and we never saw a train. We never let you forget that the rest of the trip.It all looks stunning and clean on your travels especially the beaches. Keep up the good work and take care. Waiting for the next update soon.

Hi kiddo Bet you thought we had had forgotten you but I can assure you we think about you often. When you sounded so down on your arrival in Sri Lanka I nearly through caution to the wind emptied my savings and joined you. It would make a change I could mother you instead of you mothering me. I bet you were great with the kids. If you did go again I will join you. Were all the orphans from the Tsumani. It seems so sad that they are there when people who have so much to give and cannot have children of their own are not allowed to adopt them. We have friends with a Vietnamese child now almost fully grown and even back then our weird laws made it hard for them to adopt her. My flight out of Dubai was delayed we sat in the plane for over an hour before we took off. I almost got away with sitting on my own but an Irish girl was allowed to move seats so she could sit near her aunt. It wasn't too bad because she either slept or dashed to the toilet having got a stomach upset. I hope the leak at your brothers house was cured. Please let them know how much they made my holiday so enjoyable and I think of them often. Hopefully he has got his future sorted and is happy. If I can ever return the favour in any way please tell him to let me know and hopefully I will see them again. Your holiday of a lifetime has certainly taken off now and we are so envious as you can tell from your messages. Like Debbie we miss you and if the gas board don't sort our heating system out soon don't be suprised if I turn up somewhere (who needs savings?). When you said about the fish curry I almost packed my bags. Look after yourself kiddo you deserve all are doing and more. By the way glad to hear crisps are still on the menu, yes that picture did come out well. I have all the pictures down loaded on my computer and look at them every time I feel down or have a moment thank you for a wonderful holiday and letting me join you for the first leg of your fabulous journey. Keep the blogs coming and let us enjoy some of your adventures. Love Pam & Malcolm

Hi Dee, Love the new photo's and always look forward to reading the next entry in the blog, you make it so interesting. I am truly pleased that you are having such a fabulously rewarding time - even if I am just a little bit jealous about the closeness to the ocean. What wonderful views. I hope you are enjoying Thailand as much as Sri Lanka. Looking forward to a Thai dinner when you return, especially if it is as good as your home cooked Indian food! Love you. Jubby & Vince
