Hope you had a lovely Eid and feasted on lots of lovely food - did you get a biryani as good as your Sis makes? I guess it's back to the diet now then until the next weekend. Can't believe where the weeks are going, you are going to be in that luxury hotel before you know it. Hope the children are still bringing you much joy and love. Don't get too attached to them!!

Oh yeah i just discovered only last week that cadburys heroes now have twisters in them which are cream eggs!!!! So i ate most of them .... thought of you though you always buy us cream eggs...... xx

You're accommodation sounds like something special!!! I don't envy you that, that's for sure, but the work you are doing sounds great, you are doing an amazing thing Dee and sounds like you are giving and receiving lots of joy- they say you get back what you give. Keep up the good work and try not to think too much about the place you are staying in, it all adds to the amazing experience you are having.

If you could only see some of these kids, you'd want to bring them home too ! I'm already worried about how I will feel on the day I have to say "goodbye" - I've gone all tearful now just thinking about it !

Jubby Appa - The roads here are not as bad as India, just a teeny weenie bit better, but one has to take care crossing.I try to avoid this activity as much as I can !

Aliya - that is so cruel……………did you have to mention chicken biryani - I'm so looking forward to having some proper food, hopefully this weekend as I'm meeting some of Rukhsana Khala's friends for Eid on Friday.Can I put in my request for a "full on" banquet when I return (all meat dishes please) !

Oh by the way, I was having QVC withdrawal symptoms, so have purchased a gold Sri Lankan sapphire !
