Hi all, happy new year to everyone.
I have downloaded all my pics from Thailand as I had access to Oliver's laptop, but have not written a blog, but that easier to do from an Internet Cafe and I'll try to do that next week as its "Beach Week" - yep, nothing to do, but sit, relax and eat !

Hi Dee. We are having a fabulous time following your journey and experiences. Glad to see you are looking so well. As you know we have had snow but Monday the whole of Berkshire was gridlocked. No gritters in sight. My 8 minute journey home took just over 4 hours. Lorries and cars were being abandoned everywhere. It was a nightmare. It was better today as we have had our xmas lunch at the Peacock and have taken some time out and caught up with your blog. We miss you loads but hope your leave doesn't go to quick as we are now on a countdown to our big move, which will happen a couple of weeks after you return. Take care, love you loads. x x x

The update of the blog is fab. Also, just watched the videos and it was really wonderful to actually hear your voice as opposed to looking at pics of you. It was just like you were in the lounge with me and it was a great pleasure. I know you are missing the children from SL but it sounds as though you are also enjoying Thailand too. Well, we are jealous, we're all sitting here with the heating on, hot water bottles and still freezing and that's me saying this, so you can imagine how cold it is.
Seriously, good for you, hope you continue enjoying it, the food looks very tempting, as I do enjoy thai food. You're looking well now, and hope you continue to look after yourself.
Had tried texting you when you got to thailand but message kept failing and have been a bit lazy to come on the computer. Will try and call you from skype soon.
Strictly come Dancing has finished and i was disappointed with the winner. Not who I wanted. Chris Hollins (the BBC Breakfast guy) won if you are interested.
I can't believe you sat on a bike even if it was on the back. Just goes to show what a good experience you are having and are prepared to try things.
