It had rained overnight and it looked like it was going to be a very ordinary day with a few spots of rain very early in the morning. We got up at daylight and everybody was going as fast as they could to pack up the trailer so the canvas didn't get too wet.   We managed to beat the rain and left Cape Leveque at around 9.00am.    It was sad to say goodbye to Cape Leveque as we had all had such a great time there , full of memories that will last a life...

Today nothing was planned as the weather was a bit ordinary, very windy although a nice breeze which is a pleasant change. Today Neil, Sharon, Melanie, Joanna and Ann did a cultural tour whilst Tanya and Terry tried their luck at fishing again.    The Davey clan had to head down to the local Aboriginal community, Djaridjin, for this tour. Terry and Tanya were going to give fishing a bit more of a go. Today we wanted to have another go at fishing but at a different location. A sand dune was suggested near the swimmers beach which was apparently an ideal snorkelling spot as well.
