Well it's our final day on the Sunshine Coast and we finished off with an awesome lunch at Mikes garage. For all you rock'n'rollers you would love this place. It's decked out in 50's and 60's paraphernalia everywhere. Old styles cafe booths and posters and photos line the walls and ceiling. They host live music every weekend and I'm guessing it gets packed. A must see if your up this way.check out the photos. It's amazing. And there's a working mechanics at the rear. Oh and the burgers are huge, they took out the 2014 restaurant of the year award.
We spent Oz day at Ettamoga Pub and watched the Dunny races, and Cooee call competitions, then purchased some super tasty fudge from the fudge shop. Another tick off the to do list for me. Was a steamy hot day but well worth the visit.
Tomorrow we head north and maybe free camp for a couple of nights near Maroochydore , so we can explore Hervey Bay, Gympie and then head up to Bundaberg. We plan on staying there for a while and hopefully pick up a bit of work while we're there. Some great adventures lie ahead. Keep checking back as we may not blog everyday.
