Today is my last full day in Rome and I think Im just about ready to move on. Ive taken 2 guided tours of Rome. One was a brief overview of the entire Roman history in 3 hours which we did while walking around Circus Maximus, the Jewish Quarter, the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Palazzo Venezia. The next day I did a tour of the Vatican and we were told the background of all of the artwork in the Vatican museums and about the Catholic church and St Peters Basilica....

Hi again! Im in Rome and there is so much old stuff here. Thousands of years old. And its everywhere you look. I moved from Milan to Brescia, then to Venice before I arrived here. In Brescia, I stayed with an Italian family that Jackson and Dorothy from church know and that was a nice change from hostels and hotels.
