Before I forget... we are both in love... for the last few days we have been stalking Will from Home and Away (you know the one that use to go out with Hayley!) He has been staying at Arlie beach and we have mostly been oggling him from afar,although Charlie thinks she has been playing it cool unlike the other Brit girls!!??

Just before we got on the bus to Fraser Island, Matt delivered the news that the road was closed. In fact, the whole of Fraser Island was closed due to massive storms. Obviously camping was then out the question... boo.

At the very last minute we booked a three day two night cruise around the whitsundays... a very funny experience. The cruise took us around the Whitsunday island stopping off at the beautiful Whitehaven beach, then on for some snorkelling. We met some interesting characters such as Nic the Greek (who was in fact Egyptian)don't ask!. The crew didn't inspire too much confidence only able to mutter the words, sweet as, choice, and cool bananas. Together, the four of us had lots of fun, what made it better was the fact they forgot to charge us!!! So we managed to get a $340 cruise for $140- bingo!

Once we were back in Arlie Beach it was time to same goodbye to our faithful traveller Joe. Next stop Byron Bay a 22 hour bus trip eurgh!
